We have a clear cancellation policy in our terms and conditions but we do have specific arrangements for the current CV19 environment, these are :

  • if you (as a customer) or any of your family or household have cv19 symptoms within 14 days of a booked lesson, you should be self isolating and should not attend your lesson. In this case please contact us directly and we will refund your payment or deposit.
  • if you have purchased a voucher and cannot attend due to symptoms or household symptoms or are shielding, again please contact and we will offer extension of your voucher so you can use between the start of April and end of June 2021.
  • If Coast to Coast is unfortunate and had a forced closure during the season either because of a local or national lockdown or because our staff need to self isolate – we will reschedule or refund all customer bookings effected over the period of closure.

We are keen to offer a great service and manage this difficult period as best as possible. Hopefully this gives peace of mind for all customers and options to keep safe!!
