Land Training

Land training is a crucial component of becoming a skilled and well-rounded surfer. We teach surf skate and work with surf centre partners in both yoga, and Pilates. These activities help to build strength, flexibility, and balance – all of which are essential for surfing. By practicing these activities on land, our clients can improve their technique and reduce their risk of injury while in the water.

Surf skate training, in particular, helps to simulate the movements of surfing, allowing our clients to practice and refine their skills on land. Yoga and Pilates, on the other hand, help to improve core strength and flexibility, which translates directly to better balance and control on the board.

Combined with our in-water instruction, land training is the perfect way to enhance your surf skills.

So come train with us, and get ready to take your surfing to the next level.
