Had an incredible afternoon at the Coast to Coast Surf School. From the start where I was greeted by Carol - so friendly, accommodating with my belongings and helpful. The quality of the wetsuits were fantastic and did not feel the chill that i would have had without it. Surf boards were in excellent condition and well looked after. My instructors Chris and Quinten were fantastic. You could tell both were passionate and knowledgeable about their sport. Quinten was fun, supportive and grear with his advice. Chris was excellent with his coaching tips and helped me progress to a better stand on the board. Overall a fantastic day- can’t wait to go back!

We had our first surf lesson yesterday with Lachlan and Sam. It exceeded expectations. The weather was mild but even so the wetsuit was the warmest I've ever worn. It felt like so much was packed in yet nothing was rushed. We were in the water quickly but not before a good warm up and lesson on land. Sam and Lachlan were incredibly attentive and friendly. Great facilities too. Photos taken and shared by Sam were a bonus.

Had a great time on Saturday doing the beginner + lesson. Conditions were good and the coaching from our instructor was excellent, providing some individual feedback on things to work on throughout the session. I have learned more in this session than I have done from the various beginner sessions I've tried on holidays which can be summed up as...here's your board, this is how you do the pop up, now off you go. I like the beginner plus as it bridges the gap between beginners and improvers. And it's given me the knowledge and confidence to go and hire a board to keep practising.

I've had my first ever surf lesson yesterday with Quentin at Coast to Coast and it exceeded all my expectations and more! Quentin made the whole class as interactive and engaging as possible, providing personalised tips to everyone in the group all the while ensuring that everyone had a fun experience! It was a very safe environment especially for beginners and Quentin spent time with each person in the group in order to help us improve and ultimately be able to stand up for the first time! Waves were caught multiple times and it was an amazing experience overall! The gear was top notch as well! Highly recommend
